The treatment is specifically designed to target the unevenness of the upper back that often accumulates around the bra area. You will experience visibly firmer and tighter skin in the bra area with a specialized 4-step treatment that strengthens the skin on the upper back and sides. This advanced procedure is designed to renew, tone, firm and lift the skin in the area without any discomfort.

Step 1: The treatment begins with LED light therapy to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity. This gentle, soothing step prepares the skin by strengthening it, creating a foundation for deeper action.

Step 2: Next, specific heat is applied to the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate skin tightening and firmness. By heating the skin in this way, a so-called localized burn is created without discomfort, which encourages the body to multiply the production of collagen and elastin in the treatment area, as well as accelerating cell renewal. The result is tighter and firmer skin.

How does the UltraBody Contour treatment work?

The treatment works in three ways on the body by breaking down unwanted fat from the fat cells and either transferring it to the buttocks (in the Buttlift treatment) to increase the circumference or working it out of the body through the lymphatic system, as well as tightening loose skin, improving skin texture, and shaping the body.

How long should I wait between treatments?

For best results, it is recommended to allow at least 7 days between treatments. Treatments are generally administered 7-10 days apart. It is not recommended to allow more than two weeks between treatments to achieve the desired results.


What happens to the fat when working on localized fat?

The fat cells are still there after the treatment, but the technology allows the fat cell to empty its contents. The contents of the fat cells consist of water, glycerol (sugar) and free fatty acids. After treatment, the glycerol or sugar is absorbed. The water then carries the free fatty acids through the lymphatic system, through the kidneys and liver, and is then transported out of the body in sweat, urine and waste.

Will the inches I lose stay after the treatment program is complete?

In the treatment, we are not removing the fat cells but reducing their content so that small and emptied fat cells remain and therefore less circumference, just as happens when it comes to natural fat loss. It therefore mainly depends on your lifestyle, if you maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet then the results will last, if not then there is a risk that the fat cells will fill up with fat again over time as would happen with traditional fat loss. Sometimes it may be advisable to come for one maintenance treatment every 2-3 months to maintain the results.

How many times will I need?

The number of sessions depends on how much you want to achieve and the area itself, how much you need to achieve your goals. We can advise you personally in our consultation to give you an estimated number.

On average, a complete treatment program for the average person is between 6-9 sessions for the underarm area and 8-12 sessions for all other areas, spaced one to ten days apart, to achieve the desired results. Fewer sessions would not be considered a complete treatment program and would therefore likely not produce the desired results. If fewer sessions are initially scheduled, the person can expect to need to add more sessions to achieve the desired results and thus complete the program.

When will I start seeing results once I start the program?

Visible results usually appear after three to four sessions of the treatment program, although a reduction in the area's circumference can usually be seen from the first session.

Skin tightening generally takes longer to achieve visible results than fat reduction. Collagen and elastin production in the skin begins about 8 days after the first treatment and continues for 8 weeks after treatment, so the final results of skin treatment are visible approximately 2 months after the end of the treatment program.

Why do some people get more success than others?

We are as different as we are many, and our bodies react differently to the technology. Since we are working with living cells, we can never accurately predict how each individual will respond to the treatment and how quickly.

For some people we see results come extremely quickly while for others it can take longer. Just like when fat loss occurs traditionally through exercise and diet, it just happens faster for some. It also comes into play whether the lymphatic system is working quickly and well along with other physical factors and of course lifestyle too.

However, we do our best to find out before a treatment program begins whether there is anything about the person that could reduce the results through a health report and a questionnaire so that appropriate measures can be taken if necessary to ensure that the person achieves the desired results.

If the fat accumulation in the treatment area is small and the area is being refined, the same person will lose fewer measurable centimeters overall in the area during their treatment program than if there were more fat accumulation. Additionally, the visible results are not as pronounced as when the person has more fat to remove before the treatment. There is simply less fat to take and therefore less circumference to lose. 

Similarly, if there is a significant amount of fat accumulation in the treatment area, the person may need more sessions than the average of 8-12 sessions to achieve the desired results.
